Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 39b platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Please do not share this information with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the 39b support team.

- 39b will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
Users are prohibited from creating accounts using false identities, using automated tools or scripts to access the platform, or engaging in any conduct that may compromise the security of the system or other users.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 39b platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits and withdrawals are made through legitimate payment methods registered in their own name. The use of another person's bank account or digital wallet is strictly prohibited.
